Loban AI provides AI-powered image and video generation tools. The service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the app with a device-based anonymous account or create a full account with email.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
• Renewals are automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Credits included in your subscription do not roll over between billing periods.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Loban AI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use the service for automated or bulk generation outside normal app usage

6. Generated Content

• You retain rights to content you generate using our service.
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Loban AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
